after receiving all necessary preliminary information, we will provide you with a quotation, or we may take some time to confirm the availability of specific services with shipping lines, port operators, etc
preliminary discussion of transportation terms
to form the contract, we require your Company Information Sheet. upon receipt of your CIS, we will send you the prepared contract for your signature
the final step before commencing work is the signing of the order. once the order is signed by you, it marks the beginning of a legal commitment
at this point, the shipping date, container delivery date, or vessel loading date, payment terms, and customs procedures have all been agreed upon - the international transportation process has begun
